Advanced Food Processing operator.

  Tasks May Include:
    Operating and maintaining equipment
    Identifying and preparing materials
    Calculating and formulating

    Advising on selection and manufacturing / preparation

Entry Requirements
Can be undertaken over 24 months full time or 36 months part time equivalent. Students can enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

        At least 2 and up to 5 units from the AQF 3 specialist or optional sets.
        A maximum of 3 units from the AQF 2 specialist or optional sets.
