Advanced Processing operator in a sales environment.

  Tasks May Include:
    Operating and maintaining equipment
    Identifying and preparing materials
    Calculating and formulating

Entry Requirements
Can be undertaken over 24 months full time or 36 months part time equivalent. Students can enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

Total of 4 Core Units Plus Total of7 Specialist/Optional Units made up of:
    At least 2 and up to3 units from the AQF 3 Food Processing specialist set.
    At least 2and up to 4 units from the AQF 2 or AQF 3 Retail (WRR units) specialist set.
    1 unit from the AQF 1 specialist or optional sets.
    A maximum of 2 units from the AQF 2 specialist or optional sets
    A maximum of 2 units from the AQF 3 optional set.
