This course has been designed for a Food processing operator in plant baking operation.
  Tasks May Include:
    Operating and maintaining equipment
    Identifying and preparing materials
    Operate wrapping process
    Undertake preparatory baking tasks
    Report on processes and products

Entry Requirements |
Can be undertaken over 12 months full time (or 24 months part time equivalent). Students can enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

Certificate Requirements |
Total of 5 Core Units & a total of 6 Specialist/Optional Units made up of:
    1 unit from the AQF 2 Plant Baking specialist set.
    1 unit from the AQF 1 Plant Baking specialist sets.
    A maximum of 4 units from the AQF 2 specialist or optional set.
    A maximum of 1 units from the AQF 3 specialist or optional sets

IIFP must be granted access to workplace staff and training/assessment rescources
