Career Opportunities

This course has been designed to develop skills for a processing operator who is involved in a poultry processing enterprise

On completion of this Certificate. Graduates can progress through various levels up to Advanced Diploma, using a range of study modes

Duration

Can be undertaken over 12 months full time or 24 months part time equivalent.
Students can enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

Requirements

Total of 5 Core Units & a total of 7 Specialist/Optional Units made up of:

At least 2 and up to 6 units from the AQF 2 specialist set.
1 unit from the AQF 1 specialist or optional sets.
A maximum of 4 units from the AQF 2 optional set.
A maximum of 2 units from the AQF 3 specialist or optional sets

Requirements

IIFP must be granted access to workplace staff and training/assessment rescources
to meet the requirements of candidates with special needs and modify
