Assistant processing operator in a sales environment.

  Tasks May Include:
    Operating and maintaining equipment
    Identifying and preparing materials
    Calculating and formulating
    Grading and quality inspection
    Advising on selection and manufacturing / preparation

Entry Requirements
Can be undertaken over 12 months full time or 18 months part time equivalent. Students can
    enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

Total of 4 Core Units Plus Total of 4 Specialist/Optional Units made up of:
    At least 1 and up to 2 units from the AQF 1 Food Processing specialist set.
    At least 2 and up to 3 units from the AQF 1 Retail (WRR units) specialist set.
    A maximum of 1 unit from the AQF 2 Retail or AQF 2 Food Processing specialist or optional sets
