This course has been designed to develop skills for an assistant processing operator who is involved in a poultry processing enterprise
On completion of this Certificate. Graduates can progress through various levels up to Advanced Diploma, using a range of study modes

Duration
|
Can be undertaken over 12 months full time or 18 months part time equivalent.
Students can enter at any stage. The training is ongoing to ensure there are no waiting periods for training to start.

Requirements
|
Total of 4 Core Units & a total of 4 Specialist/Optional Units made up of:
- At least 2 and up to 4 units from the AQF 1 specialist set.
- A maximum of 2 units from the AQF 1 optional set.
- A maximum of 1 unit from the AQF 2 specialist or optional sets.

Infastructure Requirements |
IIFP must be granted access to workplace staff and training/assessment rescources
    to meet the requirements of candidates with special needs and modify
    an assessment approach that incorporates reasonable adjustments to their needs. |
