INDEPENDENT INSTITUTE-iifp... are now offering a unique opportunity for suitably qualified and motivated individuals who can commit to the organisational principles and join our institute as an Associate franchisee.

We will offer Associate franchisees an ethical, dynamic and rewarding business environment that empowers them to realise their potential.

The Associate franchise program has been developed to optimise the efficiency of the entire organisation and the delivery of its services.

The key tasks of identifying business opportunities, developing clients, initiating programs, managing consultants, delivering quality training outcomes and maintaining client satisfaction are shared between INDEPENDENT INSTITUTE-iifp (franchisor) and franchisees. The opportunity exists for the right individuals and / or organisations to become a part of this exciting stage of our development. Franchise opportunities now exist for most Australian States and Territories including:
    • Queensland
    • Victoria
    • New South Wales
    • Western Australia
    • Northern Territory
    • Tasmania

Prospective Franchisees are able to receive an Overview Presentation to learn more about the exciting opportunities available. What services iifp provides to affiliates

Associate trainers / assessors and partnership organisations who are affiliated with Independent Institute-iifp receive RTO, professional development opportunities and management services. Our staff provide a comprehensive RTO management service, tailored to meet the requirements of each associate and industry partner.

Services include:
    • administering the day-to-day affairs of the RTO;
    • arranging and participating in meetings, educational workshops and promotional events;
    • preparing reports, notices, minutes, agendas and newsletters;
    • information and advice on industry matters;
    • maintaining current student records, data bases and statistics;
    • developing student and client recruitment activities;
    • representing the RTO in negotiations with government and other industry bodies; and
    • preparing and reporting financial statements and budgets for auditing authorities to maintain registration.

Through affiliation with Independent Institute-iifp, our group can develop additional capacity to achieve common objectives through shared resources, exchange ideas and skills, and improve our competitiveness.
